Most standard designs are turned around within 12–24 hours. Rush orders are done within 6-8 hours.

What file formats do you provide?

We typically deliver files in formats like DST, PES, JEF, EXP, or VP3, compatible with most major embroidery machine brands (Tajima, Brother, Janome, Ricoma, etc.). Let us know your machine type, and we'll send the right format.

For vector orders, we provide high-resolution PNG, AI, PDF, EPS, and SVG file formats.

What file should I upload for my design?

We can work with low-resolution photos, screenshots, or scanned logos. Any file format works, as long as the design is clear enough.

Do you offer revisions or edits?

Yes, we offer revisions to make sure the final design stitches out exactly as expected. Just let us know what needs adjusting and we'll update the file at no extra cost (within a reasonable scope).
